Special Orders begin production immediately upon order and are built to your specifications. They cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time. A non-refundable 60% deposit will be taken when the order is placed.

Because of the nature of the special orders of custom window coverings it is not advised to used your own measurements. We have a FREE measurement service when doing an FREE IN HOME CONSULTATION or if you prefer to come to our show room to order you can book a CHECK MEASURE where are professional and certified staff will come out to measure for $59 plus tax this way you can ensure the proper fit as there are no refunds or returns on mis-fitting or improperly measured window coverings or drapery.
